Noodles used for chow mein/stir fry
Discussion
What do you use that are not luckyboat no1 noodles?
For anyone who doesn't know, it's well known that almost all chinese restaurants/takeaways seem to use this one brand, Luckyboat no1. If you want to replicate that takeaway chow mein at home everyone says to buy this.
Surely this can't be, there must be some that are pretty close?
Does anyone here buy any particular types of noodles (specifically egg noodles) for their chow mein that might be easier to find? Even better if it's found in supermarkets (like asda) as opposed to trying to find a oriental shop.
