Just received the trade price for my 3200 GT -
Wow !

The Trade are cautious of these vehicles !

Yup I found that out as well!

You're better off going to an smaller, independent dealer if you want to go down that route...I found one who paid what I wanted privately, which was nice.

Having said that, they have droppped recently.

yep they are - but for poor reasons - basically the biturbo reliability nightmares of the 80's are still deemed to concern todays buyers.

This is a bit daft when these vehicles are easily within the reach of moderately sucessful young people who can't even remember the early 80's.

Still the upside to selling privately is that your buyer gets a bargain supercar, and you don't get shafted

I COULD HAVE BOUGHT AN EARLY 62k MILES MANUAL GT IN THE TRADE LAST MONTH FOR £14600!!! SORRY CHAPS.........
