Renew at 70, C1 and D1 categories

So trying to renew my licence prior to being 70 and it seems it is not possible to do this on line, if you wish to keep the above categories, it seems there is no direct instruction on the DVLA site where to go to apply for this, i assume it needs to be done via the post office.
