The first time I've ever tried it.

Delivered a lovely tender beef and red wine stew in 35 mins using shin beef!

Normally I'd slow cook it for 6+ hours.

Anything else I can do in it?

Is / wasn't the "original" KFC done in some kind of pressure cooker?

I do the chili from this thread in mine I use less liquid though.

Possibly, but don't be tempted to try this. A pressure fryer is something very different to a pressure cooker.

This be true, had a bit of a brain fart and mixed the two of them up... No doubt there are recipes out there for doing "KFC" in pressure cooker rather than fryer but how safe or well they work is anyone guess.

Is this an instant pot/electric pressure cooker or stovetop?
