Tag watch issue
Discussion
I have a tag watch which I bought new in 2017 (from tag boutique). In 2019 it stopped working completely so I sent it to their authorised repair centre but as it was just over the 2 year warranty, I had to pay for a full service and repair.
I finally got it back from them in August but it has developed another fault already (the date has not moved forward last 2 days).
I am very reluctant to send back for another repair. I don't know the exact law, but I'm certain there is something that covers me here? A £1500 watch that isn't worn often should last more than 2/3 years, and certainly shouldn't go wrong just 2 months after having a full service and repair.
In short, I would be looking for a replacement or refund as lost faith in it.
Can anyone help with where I stand before I send the watch back to them?

As GTEYE says, there should be a warranty on the service/repair work. Confirm this with your local AD, send the watch back for repair and once done, either enjoy it or sell it on! I experienced similar with a TAG Heuer watch and the entire process soured watch ownership; it had to go. Strangely, I did buy a few more TAG watches afterwards, but none reside in my current collection. I've done TAG Heuer ...
