CarPlay issue

Updated iPhone and the pcm software and went for a drive yesterday ,when I try to play music stored on my phone it redirects to apple music which I don’t use and I can’t seem to find any option to play the music on my phone (other than prime music or Apple Music)
No issue before the updates ,has anyone else encountered this and is there a solution or am I missing something ?

Solved ,fortunately I studied computing so with my vast technical knowledge I unplugged it and plugged it back in and that worked.
