I know I’m probably committing the ultimate sin here, but I’m thinking of changing my 987.2 Cayman’s wheels for something non OEM. I hate the wheels that are currently on the car (18” Boxster SII) and cant find anything the same size I like. I’m looking at either Apex SM-10s or OZ Alleggerita.

Both are also 18” which means I can swap the existing tyres straight over. I’m not sure about going to 19s due to the state of the local roads and the fact my car is on Cayman R springs with B8 shocks.

Any thoughts or experiences before I commit?

Thanks Frayz, after what feel like hours staring at pictures, I’ve settled on the Apex SM-10s, so will get them ordered soonest.

Loving your work on the Clio btw smile
