2015 onwards Mercedes Vito ma447

I'm on the lookout for a decent van to use as a MTB, watersports and camping wagon for myself and the boy.

Anyone have any experience of them especially with regards to the usual Vito rust issues?

No rust on the 447. The basics are the 109 and 111 is FWD with a Renault engine and the 114,116 and 119 is RWD with a Mercedes engine.

My 2019 111 delivery van has done 72000 miles in the last 14 months. Has had two services and front tyres at 25k and 50k and two headlamp bulbs. Hasn’t missed a beat otherwise. Not an unpleasant place to be either.

I've got circa 50 114's in the fleet, superb tools. No rust issues, bombproof drive train, takes abuse. They're all 2.2d auto and basically the same as you'll find in taxi spec E classes.
We've had a few weird electrical issues with window relays or switches recently but only a handful.
