Cluster of painless spots on leg?...

Went to my doctor about a months ago with this on my thigh, been prescribed 2 courses of antibiotics and none have worked...

Its painless and when I press on it it blanches and disappears..

Anyone had similar?...

Been diagnosed as folliculitis but doesn't seem to be budging...
