1995 Volkswagen Corrado
Discussion
Got it last year off the original owner, Phil, who purchased it new back in 1995 as a retirement present to himself. He and his wife kept it in daily use and loved it.
It was in really nice condition with just a few age related marks. Mechanically it needed a few things sorting, such as diagnosing rough running issue, replacement of heater matrix, sorting out worn suspension and rotten exhaust.
Generally lots of tlc, but it’s mainly sorted now, drives really well. Basically I’m very happy with it.

That’s not just rare, that’s exceptional!
. Let’s face it, given the amount of times we must have seen ‘tilts but doesn’t slide’ written down, no bad thing either... I’ve got mine to try and fix next year...I think the wheels are an improvement too, I liked the Speedlines that came as standard on the VR, but never really liked the look of the 6 spokes.
