Who gets to see the scores, whether its current school, next school, or parents, varies from school to school, so you'd need to ask whoever is running the assessments. It depends on a few things like the licence type, the reports they've purchased, the time of year to run the assessments, and if they've purchased the .PDF or data outputs.

One of our granddaughters just turned 9 (late August so she's very young in her school year). She's just started into year 5 at an independent school (having been at a state school until now) and apparently she absolutely blitzed the entry assessment CATs and a repeat that her whole class did.
She's a lovely girl but doesn't know what day it is half the time and she came here tonight after school and had no idea what she'd had for lunch. The tests, especially non-verbal reasoning, just seemed to suit her.
