Noise measurements are not a precise science...
If you can I would visit the location in advance and ask them to test your car. The figure depends on many things including what revs you need to be at for the static test (eg 75 percent of the red line - which the testor probably doesn't know and will ask you!)
For reference a quick look at the Brands Hatch website indicates 92 / 102 db is their "quietest" trackday limit.
You could try to measure it yourself with an App on your phone but don't expect it to be exact.
Also depending on location some may send you straight home if you fail the test...

Not a direct comparison I have a V8V with BR system and standard back box, so single fast-flow cat and 3-way switch. As Castle Combe 87db(A) drive by (100 static) and Bedford 87.5db(A) and 101 respectively, I need to run it with the flaps closed as I trigger the track sound limit. Although as the marshals noted, it does sound good..
