I’ve resisted fitting rear spacers to this car but I can’t get over the shortfall of width on the wheel and tyre.

So without going bonkers what spacers do I need to fix it a little. Not too far as it’ll look gangly from the rear.

Good quality jobbies and ideally not requiring a change of studs
Thx

Agreed that looks odd. Sure they aren't fronts?

H&R 23mm is what you need. Make sure you either shorten the existing studs, or have pockets in your wheels to accommodate the existing studs.

Transforms the look of the rear.

11mm on the rear of a V12

I’ve just bought a used set, which i was going to combine with the same wheels as yours.

275GBP ish - they come with nuts with extended thread so no need for longer studs.

Apologies - 22/23mm on a V8V

Thx guys though I’m thinking 22mm or close is pushing them a bit too far for me. If not careful the rear view can look a bit gangly plus there’s then a need to lower the car I feel

A better pic of my spacers - agreed, dropping it an inch or so would improve the look even more, however, I'm keen to keep it as stock as possible and any mods need to be reversible without costing a lot.

dumb question, but when fitting spacers like these does it affect the geometry and hence would an alternative geo set up be required?

It seems like either the 11mm or 23mm offset should work? Just depends on how far one wants to push the wheel out?
The reason i ask is that i bought aftermarket rims and they need space to clear the rear brake caliper (carbon ceramic), i am wondering which is the better option 11 or 23? i would rather not get into trimming the wheel studs

Depends entirely on your wheels. If there are small indents, as in the Sport Pack wheels you might just get away with the 23mm spacers as they have new studs built into the spacer.

I fitted the 23s but ended up taking 1mm or so off each stud as when I test fitted the spacers, there was a small witness mark in the lacquer and I didn’t want to risk cracking the wheels over time once they were torqued up.

The 11s will use the existing studs, however I have no experience of them so can’t comment on the trade off between losing 11mm of stud but gaining additional thread on the nuts.

Agreed the spacers do help the stance for sure
I’ll be looking to fit a set of DBS 20” wheels 11,a& 8.5 to mine so I’ll be looking to drop her 2.5 cm
Some one mentioned velocity springs on the original legs, now we are going to be in lock down I’ll be doing these subtle mods then
I’ll pop up some pics when I’ve swapped the rims

20’ AM wheels is the way I went. Rear spot on but I added a 5mm spacer to front with new nuts to get more thread. The 5mm option for anyone interested is very cheap compared to other ideas but obviously less visual impact
