Is there a platform that will let me take photos on my phone then upload them so they can be viewed by someone else?

Sorry if this is a really obvious question. I am aware that apple can sync photos between devices but I am on android and also I dont want the person at the other end to have to create an account just maybe a web page they can visit?

Ideally the photos would be automatically uploaded as I take them?

Google photos.

Every photo I take on my android ends up on google photos. You can the make albums and share them publicly.

Sorry daft question, so I have turned on photo sharing.

I have created a folder.

But I cant see a) how to get my photos to go into that folder when I take them and b) how I share that folder on its own?

Also, not sure if this is going to work.... does the person viewing need a google account? I have a feeling they do..

Why don't you go back to basics and explain what you're actually trying to do? That way we'll be able to give you advice based on what you want rather us trying to guess.

I want to be able to take say 200 photos, in a short space of time (say 30 min) and be able for someone else to be reviewing the photos as I go.

It wont be a regular thing, its a one off so I just thought there would be an easy way to do it.

It looks like I can share the link to my folder via google pics with anyone so that will work but I cant figure out how I can get it to put the photos directly into that folder.

Maybe I will just have to manually do it.

Google photos won't put photos directly into a folder, but all you have to is press and hold on a photo until a blue tick appears (and then on any other photos you want to add), and press the blue + at the top to add to an album.

Don't think they need a Google account but does make it easier. You highlight all the pics you want and then put them into the folder you have shared. its quite simple when you get used to it.

If they have a google account you can share the pictures with him/her exclusively. Otherwise its a link that everyone could use.

Yeah you both need an account then you can share the folder with anyone you choose.

Have a folder set up with the Mrs to share pics of our kids, works quite well.

yes

Everything from "friends and family" gets shared automatically. Facial recognition is creepy accurate.

Can I perhaps suggest that if you are "going have a play with it" that you don't, by default, share the pictures with everyone else?
