Peretti Steering Wheel

I would be grateful for information related to this Peretti wheel. I believe it is 60's and I know that Peretti supplied to Alfa, Fiat, Lancia, Abarth and others. Googling images I can't find one that exactly corresponds, I don't know if such wheels were a made to a common standard, off the shelf so to speak, or if they were styled to individual cars. The fact that I can't find a corresponding image perhaps suggests the latter.

This wheel is 400mm diameter, the spoke slots are 20mm at their widest point and 90mm long. Ideally I would like to establish what car this belonged to.
