997 exhaust smoke

Hi all, i have been looking at an 06 997 C4s.

This car had a new separator 28 months ago, which failed while under spare part warranty.This was replaced by dealer, the new one was fine for 5 weeks, then same issue.The car ONLY smokes under load when accelerating under load, u only need to go up to 2500 rpm.

The engine starts to make like a pinking noise,then loads of oil smoke,out of both tailpipes,same as separator did previously.

The car was taken back to dealer for check, separator tested ok, they carried out borescope inspection, no 6 was scored and this was the issue.There doesn't seem to be any warranty issues with faulty separators.

This alone would not cause the amount of smoke we are getting,car never smokes on start up.
The engine was rebuilt with liners, pistons, ring sets on other pistons, heads overhauled,another separator, and side seperators on the heads.

The car still smokes, i made up a catch tank, and found pressure and oil vapour, at idle, coming out the vent hole in the catch tank.
I could fill up engine bay with oil smoke, the is also no pressure on oil filler cap.

Has anybody come across this before.
