Am I right in thinking that although most modern amplifiers will connect to a Bluetooth source to play music they won’t connect (as a transmitter) to Bluetooth headphones to playback? I will still be tethered by a wire.

I have a NAD c658 digital streamer/preamp and that connects to my bluetooth headphones no problem
