Mrs Brownspeed can play classical piano (she's trained to grade 8 whatever that is!) and has hinted about learning other styles; she's had a few "traditional" jazz lessons over the years, but classical jazz has left her a bit cold.

I'm looking to get her either book or sheet music and reaching out you folk for suggestions. (or even downloadable stuff; as long as I can print it out so it can sit on the music stand)
any recomendations of books/websites etc for jazz, and also other stuff like jazz funk / dance (some of the riffs, such as "where love lives, by alison limerick", N'Joi's "sweet harmony" etc etc) gretaly appreicated
I've tried various outlets with no real success (not helped by the fact I can't read music so haven't a clue what I'm looking at!)

thanks!

At grade 8 I'd imagine 'sweet harmony' by Liquid would take all of 10 seconds to learn (don't know other version). As for 'where love lives' get her to watch a you tube vid a couple of times.

Presumably by grade 8 you're hands know their position and playing from a screen is OK?

PIano house is nice.

thanks for the reply.
Pianohouse? (is this it? https://mixmag.net/feature/best-piano-house-tracks... or can you expand please?

I wanted to buy her (obtain if free) sheet music as part of her christmas gifts; PLUS; she doesn't really like using the computer.

Piano house is the genre,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6eVV4Wvbyow Sweet harmony, very simple.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1fWWtf4TKU Where love lives, also quite simple.

Whilst I also prefer paper to screens it doesn't take too long to watch the vid and copy the notes to paper.

thanks to everyone so far; if anyone else has any suggestions; I'm all ears (unlike Van Gogh)

I write quite a lot of piano music. If she likes this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DVm-sECpppU

Then here's the hard copy that can be printed out or read from the screen: http://stevecarter.com/random/Time.pdf
