I know this has been done to death but i'm after some inspiration
I'm one of the very few who have worked all the way through lock down, so havent had time to paint my shed or lose any weight.
I've tried gruel .. huel .. dont like it
So would like some help to make a shake in the morning that will last me till lunch.
What is your opinion & recipes please
Thanks

What’s working for me at the moment (for the last couple of months in a low carb diet) are Bulk Powders’ Pure Whey protein powders, with water, for breakfast. Vanilla, rocky road and salted caramel are my flavours of choice. Drink about 8am, gets me through to lunch at 1pm.

Yep same here.

I went from 120kg to 68kg and then back up to 85kg though by eating less and eating the right stuff.

They will fill you up initially, but you will soon be hungry again. Sometimes you need something different to kickstart a diet so they may help initially.

Diets do not Generally work In the long term, you really need to adjust what you eat for the long term. Refined carbs with any food tells the body to lay down fat.

Therefore eat a healthy diet and be sensible with calories.

Booze is terrible for massive sugary calories and is best avoided. Also when drunk you tend to also eat badly and quick hit carbs.

if you can eat porridge/oats then have that. it's consistency allows it to digest slowly as opposed to something thats watery and thin
