14CUX ECU Question?
Discussion
Hi, you might have the same problem I did with my 92 4.3 Griff - the Rover diagnostic reader is fitted with a black square 4 pin plug (only three are used however), but my loom had a white round three pin jobbie - located (on a Griff anyways) in the loom next to the ecu, with a shorting plug connected to it presumably to stop interference. Apparently TVR had a job lot of 000's of these round connectors and used 'em anywhere they could. The wedge loom may well be the same as mine.
If you could find out which of the three wires did what, I reckon you could get some codes out, or maybe blow the dealers diagnostic kit up
I never did get anywhere with it unfortunately. Good luck!
Edited to add - may be worth approaching Mark Adams - he should be able to help.
