Perhaps I've been spending too much time on local facebook groups but the number of missing dogs that have run off has me looking at these.

Has anyone used a GPS tracker, i've got a tile attached to the pup at the moment but would like something more accurate

thanks

I have a Tracktive GPS for my dog, I've "needed" it 3 times - once it led me directly to my dog, the 2nd and 3rd time it was useless...

Very sensitive to cell coverage and quality - 2nd and 3rd time for example my phone showed 4G, tracker could not be reached. Environment is another big factor - if you're constantly walking in densely wooded areas (or your dog is) expect to not be that impressed, walking in wide open fields near a cell tower and a clear sky - you'll be good.

I need one for my cat but they are all so damn BIG. There's no way she'd tollerate having that round her neck.

Look at tabcat, might be suitable?
