Google Chrome on my W10 desktop has decided to stop loading pages properly.

I have reset it, checked for updates, uninstalled it, downloaded and installed a new version, restarted, checked windows updates, checked all drivers etc....

I thought it was my GPU/Display at first because of the coloured bars on the side but no issues with any other browsers or applications. My W10 laptop works fine, so it is a local issue.

Every page is like this, even the Chrome Settings/Help. No text or images.

It was working fine last night and then this morning as soon as I woke the PC up, it was like this.

Any ideas?

Try it in incognito mode to check for cache issues.

Are you zoomed in/out at all?

Incognito is the same. No zoom applied.

I know it's not a resolution but you could switch to Firefox until you find out what is causing it? I moved from Chrome and it was dead easy, installed my plugins (uBlock Origin/LastPass) and off I went...

Odd.

Any driver updates or other issues in Event Viewer?

Hit F12

Use the inspector tool - arrow pointing NW on left and click roughly where you think there should be text, can you see the structure text?

Here I clicked on "Formatting help" just above this box (when replying)

I uninstalled it for the third time, then went into the registry and manually deleted any reference to Chrome I could find. Then downloaded and reinstalled it again.

This time it worked. No idea what could have corrupted it whilst the PC was in sleep mode.

Good suggestion with the inspection tool BTW.
