Sky and BT refunds from Mar 19

I have been told that these two have given refunds to all those with the EPL football package or whatever it is called

I am with virgin and they appear not to have done the same.

Do we have to ask for this. after all i have been paying,for something they cannot deliver, or is it just tough titty as they are not the primary supplier?

I got a refund from BT for BT Sport during lockdown. It ended when the football restarted. I called them to ask, but they were about to email all customers offering either a refund or to donate the money to the NHS.

No idea about Sky, but it would be worth asking about it.

Finally got in touch with a human at Virgin, who went away to talk to a supervisor who offered me for the 3 months of no sports..10.00 friigging pounds

I asked how much i was paying pm for this and got the answer 40.00

I told the minion to go back to his boss and tell him to put a 0 on the end of that.

They said they will get back.

Sky paused the full sports package subscription while the football was stopped and restarted it when the football came back on. You had to phone and ask for this though it was not automatic

^^ Not me. They reduced it without me requesting it.
Quite a shock when it bumped back up again a couple of months ago.
