This evening, I opened a new jar of Sainsbury's Ground Cinnamon, and it osn't.

It looks like ground cinnamon, but it doesn't smell like it. There's no 'sweetness' to it; it's a bit more like garam masala, but not.

What might it be, and how do I find out?

It proves nothing. You can do it with cocoa powder too. Ask me how I know.

I have several, but they're not of me, there's no cocoa powder, and most of the people features are naked.

I'm guessing Cassia. Often used to adulterate pure cinnamon. Take it back.

When you do that, with cocoa powder, in your mate's mum's kitchen, when you're eight, it takes a lot of cleaning up.

That st gets everywhere. Why any adult would do that to themselves, I just don't understand.
