Battle of Trafalgar

Anyone notice the mistakes on the BBC's coverage? Other than the gibbering fool presenting the live footage calling every large ship he saw on screen the French Carrier Charles de Gaulle.
I saw one, when they were describing Napoleon they showed a clip of someone wearing a Napoleon style hat...only it was a clip from ITV's series Hornblower where a spanish Prison commander (wearing tha hat) is riding up to HH who's standing on a cliff top.

She's TS Royalist, she is. Sailed on her a couple of times in my youth - Cutty Sark Tall Ships' Races in 1986 and 1988.
Had a great laugh. Apart from the reefing of the sails. On the main t'gallant yard (Top crossy bit of the back stick for any landlubbers...).
In a Force 7...
In the Skaggerak...
At night...
Yeap, on the Gosport side. 150m up from the harbour entrance. Didnt see a single thing of the Tall ships or the battle as the flood lights which lit it up for you, also managed to shine light straight at us effectively blinding us and getting in the way of the view! Nevermind. Had a few friends on yachts in the Solent who were way out to the east while it was all happening, who had said that they really did see anything!
