Constant reappearance of Privacy Notice

Privacy Notice appears every time I back page in a thread.

Using a PC with Firefox latest version.

[stopped]

Privacy Notice now appearing randomly on clicking to go forward in a thread as well as when going back a page.
Is anyone else experiencing this and can a support tech sort it please?
