Going to go out a limb here and say that’s a Mario Andretti 1969 win commemorative (of some sort) watch. Red car, white helmet, car # 2.

1969 is the year Mario won the Indy 500 so, given the small clue on the face , I'd say it probably celebrates that win.

Have you had a look under the case back?..it’s obviously for the French market...I was thinking it might have been a JAZ...but could not find a similar model...
