Not that high especially if you don't do a lot of miles it should catch up with itself,

Also it shows it's been reliable enough to do that many miles.

it’s still under warranty so the mileage shouldn’t really matter, if the new owner is happy to pay the 3k warranty plus 1k ish servicing every year. Then no doubt it would be an excellent buy.
