Anyone got a Panerai luminor? Lug screw replacement

Hope someone can shed some light, on my 2013 Panerai 423 I’d decided to replace the lug screws as they were getting worn from several strap replacements.

Thing I’ve found is through two lots of lug screws that I’ve ordered, they don’t quite fit flush to the lug when screwed in. Very very minor but not countersunk like my existing screw.

Any ideas?
