Tuscan Mk2 Horn Location

Where is the horn on a Mark 2/3 Tuscan and how do you access it? I took off the main bonnets and could not see where it is. Is it accessed from above or below?

Mine was mounted behind the grille, to the passenger side if I remember rightly. You should be able to see it if you lie on the floor and turn your head 148degrees

Yeah I've tried that but it has a flat sealed underfloor. I think you have to access it with the main bonnet off but i did that and couldn't figure out where to get access.

There must be a hatch or something but I can't see it. I took off the inner wing hatch but could only see the head lights in the access area.
