Accusations do not equal guilt- anyone who's ever dealt with a woman knows that they're capable of everything from telling little fibs to full-on cases of 'the mental'.

By all means throw him to the wolves if appropriate but you might want to establish guilt first rather than jump to conclusions.

The FAW says Ryan Giggs won’t be in charge for their next three international games following his arrest on suspicion of assault.

Giggs is likely to be temporarily replaced at the Wales helm by former Wales defender Robert Page, a member of his backroom team.

Well yes, but remember this assumption of innocence is not enshrined in other countries' judicial systems.
France for one, if you are arrested an element of guilt comes with it.

However It's understandable and reasonable for people to come to an opinion on the
likelihood of innocence if a person is arrested for a crime that that person has been
convicted for in the past.
