I was just reading the continued comments on 'What Got you Started' and I thought I'd pass on what I'm finding to be a really interesting 'Channel' on Youtube

"Saving Salvage"

Wonder if other Members have discovered Spannering Vlogs which they think are worth recommending...

Ah yes - I was just watching some Saving Slavage earlier. Very good.

Check out M539 Restorations - Brilliant videos and more in depth than Saving Slavage.

As I'm a weirdo most of my subscribed channels are car repairs......

The Savage Garage is a good one I've been watching for couple years.

peugeotcitroen2cv is another excellent choice although it's mainly stuff from the cheese eating surrender monkeys

South Main Auto - really good at chasing electrical oddities.

In the states, fights lots of rust, has lots of kit that he follows wave forms etc.

For something a little different, try Zip Ties N Bias Plies hehe

Vice Grip Garage is sort of in the middle of a proper spannering channel and the above, personally I quite often prefer them when they're a bit more amateur and relaxed, once it gets a bigger following it gets a bit too professional...

now, as a bit of a Peugeot fan, Mr Peugeot Citroen 2CV looks to be right up my street and I've made a start on watching his channel...

...when really I ought to be making progress with other things.

And I'll be visiting all of the others too. Clearly there's plenty I haven't yet happened upon to keep me and other visitors to the Thread entertained for a long time.

...and with 2CV's in mind, if you like them, don't miss Hub-Nut's '2CV to Croatia [and back, via an in-direct route]' vlog; which I enjoyed immensely, I'm sure that Ian would agree that he's no Mechanic; but he can be quite entertaining.

M539 restorations is a solid recommendation

I thoroughly recommend Alex Crosse's channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnfOZpqdgC6sx6LjL...
He's building a very detailed group A r32 gtr from the ground up in his shed. (With air jacks!! cool)

I’d second that channel, seems to come up with fixes that other garages have just shotgunned and run out of ideas. Reminds me of some of the best Indy garages in the Uk.

Diagnose Dan and Pine Hollow Auto Diagnostics are two more channels that are decent on the fault finding side of things.
