cargo plane flying low over home ?

just had a plane fly over seemingly low as is made me look out of the window,

Cardiff to Bournemouth multiple times daily listed as Cargo(covid19)
25min flight times
Wondering what sort of cargo would that be? tests, supplies for NHS?
