991.1 Carrera S with Sport Chrono - is sports exhaust std?

Hi folks, came across a 2012 991.1 C2S with sport chrono. PDK car. The car as an exhaust switch on dash. What I don’t understand is that there’s no “Sports Exhaust” listed in the spec. The car sounds fantastic - not muted.

Was a sports exhaust standard in as part of the sport chrono package?

It doesn't come with the chrono option, it is an option of its own. Can be turned on seperately or comes on automatically when sport or sport+ are selected.

Maybe somebody had it retrofitted and therefore it’s not listed in the ‘official’ spec?

Quite possible whoever wrote the advert just forgot to list it

my car had a couple of things missing from the advert inc cruise control,

it's not uncommon, and considering the long list of available optional extras remembering all of them can sometimes be a challenge.

They do sound good don't they - very very naughty the 991.1 with PSE ...!!

I've just come back from doing Route Napoleon down to Monaco and back in mine - 7500rpm through the gears (mine is a manual) echoing off the hills and the tunnels. Just wouldn't have been the same without the PSE..!
