I wonder if anyone could open the bonnet and take a few pictures of the bonnet release mechinism (sp?) as it will make life easier to work out how the catch works

Have put the drill bit in which is the same size as the bonnet pin to show the locked position.

So all you have to do to release the bonnnet is to move lever 1 in the direction of the arrow.
