What's it called???? VW Up part number needed

When I open the door of my Up, there's an oval hole at the bottom of the shell (not the door itself) with a plastic plug in - what's that called?
The plastic plug in mine's cracked / split so I'd like to replace it but can't find out what it is, I've tried every combination I can think of in google but can't find anything that looks like it.
