Obnoxious people at work

Following on from the obnoxious thread, how about people you've come across in your working life....

For me the health and safety officer who declared out electrical equipment unsafe, he had ignored all the warning labels and dismantled the kit. Leaving it live and ordering a site visit. We were not best pleased and escalated to his superiors we wouldnt start on the job until his superiors admitted the equipment was safe it was their fault unauthorised tampering had happened and they would pay.

Second the sports centre manager who wouldn't accept that the broken pieces of brick were a result of building works. And he wouldn't pay for repairs as we should have things like this covered at our expense. He hadn't read the rental agreement
