Oscar Pistorius documentary
Discussion
Watched Episode 1 last night after seeing a lot of criticism in the press. I thought it wasn't as much of an Oscar show as the press portrayed it to be but he is the star of the show so to speak as he was the famous athlete overcoming adversity. Not sure how much apartheid had to with him pulling the trigger though.
Second episode getting into the forensic side of the case.
I had no idea how poor Oscar's mobility is just on his thin, pointy stumps.
It's been criticised for being rather too sympathetic to Oscar, I can see why,
but the reconstructions are persuasive to an extent [ to me anyway ] that his
explanation of what happened that night doesn't sound as outlandish as it
did at his trial.
Gripping stuff.
