Fined for visiting a friend for a cup of tea - fake news ?
Discussion
The headline says it all really and as well as in the tabloids its now founds its way into the Guardian. It raises some intriguing questions though, why deploy scarce resources for this in an area with plenty of real crime, and how did they find him in his mates house in the first place, did somebody grass him up or were they visiting the flat for amother reason. Most interesting of all is that the original FB post no longer exists and I would not be surprised if this never actually happened at all and it's just a clever piece of propaganda.
