Factory Servicing

I was due to have some rectification work carried out at the factory next week (I booked it in ages ago).

I was planning on calling to see if they were still able to do it, but I can't for the life of me remember who I spoke to.

Does anyone know who used to deal with this at the facotry (and whether they're still there!)

I had my car serviced at the factory on 2nd June.
When it broke down on the 14th I rang to ask for some help and advice and was curtly told that the Service Department had closed down.

The workshop manager is Heath Briggs ,smashing bloke and really helpful.Direct number is 01253 509012.Don't know about them stopping servicing at the factory -looked like they were doing plenty of services when I was there last week and mines booked in for 2 weeks time.
