PS5 Delivery Thread

Not long now. Mines ordered with Amazon. Based on the Series X orders I’m not holding out too much hope.

My Media remote has arrived. A week early. Tempted to start with Miles Morales and then Dark Souls at a later date.

I have not had my charger or even COD delivered yet.... Hopefully one or both will arrive when the PS5 does next week....

But I fully expect to have a PS5 delivered and not be able to really use it for a day or two, updates and the internet breaking as every other owner boots up and updates etc....

Hoping to bag one Thursday morning but Im being realistic and expect not to get one sadly.

What with usual high demand, bits and low stock and no physical stock held at shops .

Hopefully demon souls and miles turn up soon though so I have something.

I missed the boat on pre order day.

Ordered with a small independent but had an email saying it’s unlikely I will get it launch day.

Seems to be some saying there will be some available on the day to order.

I believe the main places will have stuff either arrive or already say in warehouses for Thursday to go on the websites but no pre orders will be taken now till the 19th

You can still pre-order on Game, with the caveat that "orders placed after 22/10" are unlikely to get one on launch day.

As with the XBOX launch, there'll likely be some stock go online around 8am on Thursday, which will sell out within a few minutes.

I don't think you can, the pre order button has reappeared on and off the last few days, but if you click on it, it just says "item was not added to basket as we are out of stock"

I think its glitched.

Two ordered in September with Very.co.uk, but have had no communication from them since then. Both showing as 'delivery by Thursday 19th' but also still saying 'processing order' since 17th September.

Hedged my bets between Microsoft and Argos for the Xbox Series X and did ok. Not holding out much hope for the PS5 unfortunately.

I bizarrely had a £45 amazon credit I didn't know I had, so the remote came back in stock, so grabbed that, a second hand copy of shadows of the empure novel, and a whit balance setting card I needed for my camera.

So have remote coming today, and games coming on Monday. Fingers crossed for console on Thursday

Yes I got an email from them confirming dispatch plus a link direct to courier website with tracking number.

It's Monday, doubt they'll do anything until tomorrow at the earliest, more likely you'll get a dispatch email on Wednesday though.

Ordered my 500 Million Edition PS4 through Very and had no issues with it, turned up on launch day.

Really not sure what to do with my order from game, I really want the ps5 but looking at what they’re selling for I could sell and wait it out until there in shops.

I’d be massively concerned on the buyer pulling a fast one and saying the box had a brick inside and eBay siding with them

One at 20k with 30 watchers

Another with a load of bids at 8k
