PS5 - who's buying one?

[Cimaguy]

And why?!

[MYOB]

I'll certainly be trying to buy one for my son for Christmas but I don't hold much hope of getting one.

My other son wants the Xbox Series X and it's impossible to get at the moment.

I think both of my sons will be in for a disappointed Christmas!

I'm hoping to get a launch console, thought I had missed out but ive just been offered a jump up the queue by Shopto. Why, well its significantly more powerful than a 1k+ gaming PC.
Also it will replace my PS4 Pro which I can sell for ~£200 and it supports PSVR which I've also invested heavily in. No brainer to upgrade IMHO.

Mine should be arriving on Thursday.

Why?- I've never regretted buying a PlayStation, the build quality has always been superb and the exclusive games are usually incredible, such as Ratchet and Clank, Horizon Zero Dawn, Jak and Daxter, Gran Turismo, Last of Us, Driveclub. I could probably go on forever.

Nice, where I received an email a few weeks ago advising that they could no longer guarantee a launch day PS5.
