Major cop out if they still use the 918 seats!

Now that looks a beauty, wasn’t sure on the test mules but that looks great.

Can’t be far away now.

I really don't like the swan neck wing. I'd still take a 991 given the choice

It looks a bit too "posh" for a GT car to me...

I like it but do agree about the wing being a bit iffy

Everyone specs with extended leather, burmester and deviated stitching, and CXX options... isn’t that posh?
Not exactly race track.
If you dont have the dual climate A/C and lift and reversing camera it’ll be poverty spec. Lol...

GT3 audience has been expanded, since 991.....I’d say diluted or watered down.

I like it, apart from the rear bumper corners.
It will be a bit big and a bit heavy...and its more technical than ever...so a bigger departure from classic lines but it’s cool IMO.

Good points, of course! It's more the general 992 interior - glossy finishes, digital instruments etc.

Agree.
I still haven’t warmed to the 992 in general.
Went to the original launch with some other ‘911’ diehards, and we were all struck by the mass of the car and the glossy, hi-tech interior.
And, 18 months on, every time I see one, that feeling is reinforced.
I’m sure it will be another step forward in capability and performance, but I feel no ‘love’ for it.

992 C2S overtook me yesterday - they are certainly fast (he must have been hitting 270/280 ish as I was not exactly hanging about). I find the rear of it very challenging and as others have said the interior is a bit too luxury for my taste

Glad I am not the only one. The 991 is looking even more beautiful the more I see pictures of that 992 GT3 wing

not sure the 992 interior design fits a GT3 ethos, lets see the final article

Thing is it looks luxury bur a lot of the materials aren’t....there’s a definite lack of quality about the materials in the current cars compared to the previous generation.

I do think a lot of people will be ticking the ‘Touring’ box.

For what’s it’s worth, my local OPC is saying the winged 992 will be launched first, Feb 2021 with Touring model launched a month later. 530bhp, PDK to offered with Touring. They are expecting 50/50 Winged vs Touring.

Also heard it's not a limited car. Will be a run of the mill just like a standard Carrera.

I'm rather liking the ceramics up front and steels on the rear. :-)

Yep the 992 Touring will look the better of the two and how about a nice ducktail to go with
