Can anyone recommend a good conveyancer please

Hi

I need to do a transfer of asset for a property I own by the end of March, and I can’t find a property Conveyancing company who will do it. I have spoken to a number, but they either don’t offer that service or are too busy with the rush of purchases going through while the stamp duty is reduced.

Could anyone please recommend someone who may be able to do this for me please?

If the property isn't mortgaged you can do it yourself quite easily

I would recommend using a good local firm in the area of the property, they are more likely to be clued up on local issues.
