Best £40k business loan ?

Not the usual question on here but here goes.

For 16 years I have sub contracted to a national aggregate company and the time has come upgrade my lorry.
Although there is an internal scheme to underwrite a loan I am keen to explore other ,hopefully cheaper, options.
Any suggestions where I should be looking ?

How much are you able to earn under this scheme compared to a regular PAYE driver after deducting costs etc?companies often introduce these schemes to save money and shift the costs onto the owner driver, I was advised to avoid any of the ownership schemes,

Would advise you to approach your existing bank for a loan, as some customers have found things difficult when approaching banks they don’t have an existing relationship with.

2 personal loans from different banks. Really cheap just now.

I'm not getting rich quick that's for sure however £25k a year is sufficient to my needs. Main appeal is the 06.00-07.00 start and 14.00 -16.00 finish time. Combined with circa 35 hours a week and the ability to have any time off I desire it works well for me.
