Now, fairly regularly there's a 'Safety Partnership' camera van sited at the top of Remenham Hill just outside of Henley.

Seeing as you have no choice but to crawl into the town at the moment because of the traffic cues for regatta, I had a chance to gander at it.

What came as a surprise was that both passenger and driver windows were heavily tinted, way more than the legal limit to my mind.

So is this common practice to protect the identity of the occupants?

If so, then it contravenese the window tinting laws!!!!

Oh The law is the law. They are supposed to be about safety and in poor visibility the tints could obscure their view...... At least that's what we're told. One law for everyone.

Actually I think he got the TT I was chasing and didn't reload in time
