I took the T350 last year. Day was curtailed by a cracked Cat but it was fun, if a bit scary.

Bradders,

Another cerb here. If it is your first track day, my advice is dial yourself in slowly. You have all day, so dont try and go full blatters from the off, and watch other peoples lines. Secondly, we have instructors available, and they can really help.

see you there.

Really looking forward to it.

TooTallPaul - I'm sure there will be people going from Leeds/Bradford, so ask at Esholt on Monday night re a convoy.

If not, J19 M6 on the A556 to Chester and turn left on the A49 towards Tarporley and you'll see signs.

Alternatively, J10 on M56 down the A49; it is more cross country but it's a nice road and puts you in "mind" for track daying.

Rich25 - It's £169.00 and booking is through the TVR Car Club on 01952-822126 (£174 if you are not a member). You'd need to be there for 0830ish. You need to bring your own helmet. There is a beginners' group and then two ordinary groups per hour, so you get 20 minutes track time per hour. They send out joining instructions telling how to prep your car. There are usually 3-4 instructors and most of the people who go are friendly, if you need help at the track.

Edit to add: You need to bring your driving licence too.

Depends How old the back box is, if there is no wadding left in it you may struggle but 105db is quite loud so hopefully you'll be ok.

I wondered.......just had mine de-catted and a new back box fitted.

And a new starter and ring gear
