sagaris water level checks.

Has anyone out there had trouble checking/topping up the sagaris water levels? The handbook says that once the inspection panel is removed ( easy - but be careful not to damage the flimsy rubber surround )you can gain access to the blue screw cap on the header tank. Unfortunately, mine seems to sit directly under the secondary "main" bonnet and definitely not as easy to get at as made out in the hand book.I would also need eyes out on 2xfoot stalks to then check water levels! The dealer, by the way, confirmed his demo was the same. The screen wash tank is no problem.

Mine is the same. I normally take the whole bonnet off to check the level. When I first got my car the blue cap was done up so tightly that you could only get enough leverage to remove it by taking off the main bonnet to gain access. I’ve put a little grease on the thread so it’s a lot easier now.
