iPlayer Privacy Notice

I haven't used iPlayer for a while, so was surprised to see that I needed to re-login to watch something yesterday. What caught my eye was the 'Privacy Notice'. Not sure how draconian the tracking functions are, but I would like to switch to 'Incognito Mode' or similar - is there a way to do this?
For information: iPlayer is running via Amazon Firestick app.
