Winter Outdoor Cooking - Bit of Steak

Fancied a bit of steak, so decided to do it outside. Made fillets for the wife and kids, and a Cote De Boeuf for me. Mine was just under 0.8kg, reverse seared. Did in the oven till it hit 50'c and then slapped onto a seriously hot grill to sear it up.
